Colonial, a benchmark real estate agency in the quality office market, needed an app to display its entire catalogue. In it, commercial agents can show all the characteristics of the properties of their extensive portfolio.

The app is a support tool for commercial visits. Streamlines navigation and access to the details of each property.

Inmopad allows access to the availability of Colonial offices in Madrid and Barcelona in an agile and fast way.

Custom icons

We designed a collection of custom icons. Each feature and detail takes the form of an icon with a simple and clear line.

Functionality and elegance

The minimalist and neat design combines aesthetics and functionality. Navigation is simple, intuitive and easy to use. Its function is clear: to help the commercial task.

But the design brings much more. It modernizes the brand image, transmits elegance and has a high standing aesthetic. It’s like the offices that Colonial offers to their clients.
